Caddis Collaborative, an architecture and planning firm, hired inReach Graphics to design a planning document that presented the design guidelines for the Ponderosa Community in an intuitive and easy-to-follow way.
Because design guideline documents are often overwhelmingly complex, the inReach team focused on creating an aesthetic that included plenty of space for images and graphics, clearly labeled diagrams, and a layout that allowed the document to be easily understood by both city staff and residents. The final product will serve as a clear guide for future development that facilitates collaboration between the city and Ponderosa residents.
