As a result of the COVID pandemic, the City of Boulder closed several blocks to vehicular traffic in order to provide more safe and usable space for restaurants and pedestrian activity. To assist in this effort, the city received funding from the CDOT CanDo Colorado grant, a program which seeks to make outdoor spaces comfortable and safe through enhancements such as sanitizer stations, landscaping, and heat lamps, among others. inReach Graphics designed these CanDo Colorado posters. These were posted at each entry point into these pedestrian areas in the downtown and University Hill neighborhood to draw attention to the enhancements made with help from the CanDo Colorado grant.
